... We'll start with about 25 minutes of standing cardio barre centre floor work (no actual barre is used), then transition to about 25 minutes of Pilates Mat work.
... Cardio barre is low-impact with occasional bursts of high intensity... Pilates will be a brisk pace with some tempo play.
