4 minutes: More Booty, Less Back Ache

Here's a great little series to find some length in the front of your hips and the back of your spine, especially if you've been sitting or squatting too much (like weeding!!). I demo with a PilatesStick loop, and you can also use a Cadillac or Fuse Ladder looped spring, or regular fitness tubing with handles and a secure anchor.
