No barre needed! Our goal is simple: have fun mixing barre, Pilates principles, and strength with easy-to-follow low-impact cardio, balance, and mobility drills. We'll be sure to add intervals to help our hormones, heart, and metabolism, too.
Light hand weights optional, heavier hand weights within your safety zone are encouraged.

We'll always be joint-friendly,  working from low-impact and adding higher impact only if you decide that's what's right for you.... Seeking a barre class that is body friendly and inclusive and human? Come join us.  We'd love to have you... :45 minutes, live and interactive via Zoom.
