LIVE: PNW PilatesStick

This Pilates-based class utilizes the PilatesStick, a super little apparatus that mimics the much larger Pilates studio apparatuses like the Cadillac springs, the Ped-a-Pul springs, and the Reformer straps.  The PilatesStick has both a pull-down bar and loop straps, sets up easily over a door, and stores conveniently in its own yoga-mat sized bag!  Curious?
