No barre necessary! We mix Pilates, Mona's  Barre Above training,  a little dash of dance, sometimes yoga, and occasionally kickboxing, all with a nice helping of low-impact HIIT....
Light hand weights optional.

Experience benefits including better balance, mobility, and flexibility, plus the core-centric strengthening of Pilates and the stamina-increasing benefit of interval training (HIIT). Best of all, it's joint-friendly, always working from low-impact and adding higher impact only if you decide that's what's right for you....
